Skilled Nursing Care
Our registered nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work in consultation with a physician to create a plan that is specific to the needs of every patient. Apex delivers intermittent or continuous, 24-hour care, for many issues, including administering medication, wound dressing, ostomy care, intravenous therapy, pain control, and monitoring the general health of the patient.
Personal Care
Home health aides help our patients with their basic personal needs, such as getting out of bed, walking, bathing, and dressing. Some of our aids have received specialized training, under the supervision of a nurse, to assist with more complicated care needs.
Homemaker & Basic Assistance Care
Apex home health aides also assist with chores and other tasks related to maintaining the household, including meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and other housekeeping items.
Companionship Care
Some of our patients just need companion care, comfort, and supervision, a popular option for our patients who live alone.
In-Home Personal Care
